Admission Requirements

  • Master’s degree in theology, leadership, or organizational management
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership in a church or faith-based institution
  • Two letters of recommendation from diocesan or institutional leaders
  • Dissertation research proposal addressing a leadership challenge
  • Interview with program faculty
