Coordinator Bio

Father Kibrom Alem has served in ministry and clergy mentoring for over a decade. He coordinates local cohort formation and supports candidates in pastoral and mission placement preparation.

Academic Qualifications

Coordinator and faculty mentors hold graduate theological training (MDiv / MA Theology) with concentration in Anglican doctrine, biblical studies, and pastoral care.
